Befriend russians

Hi all I'm eager to learn russian. I do understand russian, but I can't speak it openly so I'd like to befriend natives and chat about....stuff :D I don't think learning should be tutoring, rather just blabbering so please only non-serious teacher. Also I can help with English and German.
