Hello MiZz_PiLLai,

I don't believe there is an easy way to figure out which noun is masculine and which one is feminine. The terminating part can give a hint in some cases but, generally speaking, i believe the gender must be learned by heart.

Things can get quite complicated because some nouns are called "neutral" => they can be masculine in the singular and feminine in the plural (or the other way arround).

What i would suggest is to try not to focus, at least at the beggingin, on the gender of the nouns. You will learn it little by little by practising the language (anyway, that's how i learned french in the last years - and i still do some mistakes :) ).

Do not hesitate to come back with more precise questions :).

well, we, the romanians, are finding the masc, fem, or neutral this way: for example: o femeie, doua femei ( ,,o,, and ,,doua,, are at feminin ). than: un barbat, doi barbati (,,un,, and ,,doi,, shows you that this noun is masculin ); and the third: un creion, doua creioane (,,un,, and ,,doua,, shows that the noun is neutral) i hope that you understood something
