Hi All,

I've got a bet with a friend of mine to learn a language by a specific date. He's learning Spanish and I'm learning Portuguese. We've established B1 as the minimum threshold and we'd like to test to see who "wins" the bet. Can anyone point me to an online test that meets or exceeds the standards of the Common European Framework for level B1? I'd like to have a speaking portion if possible and ideally it would be the same testing platform or company for both the Spanish test and the Portuguese test.

Bonus points if it's free :)
