Meaning of 다 부 사

다 부 사 don't have any meaning.

meaning of 다   is "all", "whole" something like that.

And the meaning of 부 사   is  the "adverb".

That's all and I can't find any other meaning. When I see your question. I thinking the meaning of 다 부 사 is a name of the one of the temple in Korea. But I can't find such as like 다 부 사 in Korea.
