안녕하세요!I want to know when can I use 는/은 and 를/을!
¶You would use 는 if there was an open sound before, and 은 if there was a closed sound before. That's confusing so here is an example: 나는 - "Nah Neun" (meaning "I am.") The character before 는 has an OPEN sound "Nahhhhh" so the next character is 는 (Neun) with a solid "N" sound. 날은 - "Nal Eun" (meaning "the day is.") The character before 은 has a SOLID sound "NaLLLL" so the next character is 은 (Eun) with an open sound. I hope this makes sense. ¶¶This is the same with 를/을! ¶피아노를 - "PianO" ends with an open "O" sound, so you use "reul" with a hard "R" sound. 사람을 - "Sa-raM" ends with a closed, hard "M" sound so you use "eul" with an open sound. :) I hope this helped! ¶¶
