QtaroMay 2014 "かったです" is desided "bough" or "did" when you use, but naturally in Japanese it means "it WAS "adjective "did" with |
QtaroMay 2014 Im sorry, it was not enogh. We use that word meaned "was". like that, "I was bad condition" sais "私は調子が悪かったです". Another, "It was difficult for me" means "私にとって難しかったです".
QtaroMay 2014 "かった" means naturally "bought", but "かったです" is sometimes other meaning. Examply "よかったです" is connect with "よい"( means "good") and "かった"( means "was" or "did"), so "よかった" is "it was good". Another, "さむかったです" is constract "さむい"( means "cold") and "かった"( means " was" or "did"), so that "さむかったです" means "I feld cold". Somehing adjective and "かった" or "かったです" words makes "it was (adjective)." or "I did (adjective)". "かったです" has some meaning. |
jj5281May 2014 かったですtechnically correct according to normal verb construction and would mean "bought" but it is not used like this and would seem very awkward to say. The right way to say ”bought” is かった。So if you were to say "I bought shrimp." you would say 僕はえびをかった。(boku wa ebi wo katta.) or 私はえびをかった。(watashi w ebi wo katta) Male and Female respectively. I was told this by my friend a couple days ago, he speaks Japanese. |
