Japan lover! :D (can teach english, french & arabic)

I'm from Tunisia & i really love Japan!

So if anyone in Japan is interested in french, english or arabic, i can help, with my modest means! ^^

& one day may be, i'd go to japan, visit tokyo (Shibuya, akihabara...), make a lot of japanese friends, invite them to Tunisia, ...

but the first step is to speak japanese fluently! Would you help me?!
