Hahahaha you made me laugh. I advise you not to say "ciao, membri", I mean, it's correct but "membro" is also a very formal way to say penis! "Ciao a tutti" is always fine! As regards your question, "come stai?" and "come va?" are almost the same with a slight difference: "come stai?" is literally "how are you (in this moment)?" but "come va?" is more like "how are things going?" so you can often expect different answers.

Come vai non è corretto. Puoi dire "Come va? "o"Come stai? "Un saludo in italiano è "Ciao" ( tra conoscenti, ovviamente)."Come stai? " is like How are you?.Ciao is like Hi!
