Can someone comment on this passage of the bible, please?

Question regarding this passage of the bible and this picture:

I know from the context that this passage is talking about a Prophet coming to the Gentiles, and from the place it is talking about, it becomes evident that this is somewhere in Arabia - where Kedar, the son of Ishmael dwelled (Vers 11), and where the mountain Sela is, so thats pretty much in Medina in Saudi (also Vers 11).

Just want to know whether the translation of the word from this translator engine is correct. From what I know, Ahmad means someone praised or the like.

The word you marked means “I will support”. The word after it means “him” and together it means “I will support him”, meaning the slave (or the People of Israel according to some). I don’t know why the translation is given as “Ahmad” - that is not a word in Hebrew.
