Meinst du: wie kann ich Deutsch auswendig lernen? (how can I learn german by heart). Das kannst du nicht (you can't). Oder meinst du wie kannst du dir Worte besser merken? (how can you memorize words better). If you have trouble remembering them, I'd suggest you don't learn to much at a time, but try to learn in whole sentences. For example: don't memorize only Baum, but a whole sentence like Ich sehe einen Baum (I see a tree). Try to use these learned sentences everyday. So, if you see a tree on your way, think or speak: Ich sehe einen Baum. This is how I do it. Also putting post-its all over your place keeps you in training (my wc door is covered with sentences, lyrics and vocabularies).
