Well, the sentence structure in German is not the best... it should be "Ich habe trotzdem überall Freunde." and then it means, "But I still have friends everywhere." - In the previous sentence, the person probably said something like - Ich reise nicht sehr oft. - I don't travel a lot. But I still have friends everywhere. So, trotzdem in this context is like "But still".
