Can someone let me know how this: "Was machst du noch Schönes?" would be translated to English?

Can someone let me know how this: "Was machst du noch Schönes?" would be translated to English? I'm learning German at the moment. I understand the words, but it doesn't really make sense to me. Why is Schönes written with capital S? Is it from das Schöne, and then it would be something like: What are you doing beautiful? Then why is the -s added at the end of the word Schöne?

Thank you for taking the time to clarify this for me. :)

It's from "das Schöne" (Substantivierung), it's the "Neutrum" hence the "-s" at the end. It would translate to something like: "What kind of nice things/stuff are you up to?"
