vincentDecember 2022 thanks a lot for your answers!
PacopaDecember 2022 ”Quelle(s)” is a ”déterminant” and is always followed by a noun
E.g.: quelle femme! /what a woman!
Quelle heure est-il ? / what time is it?
Whereas ”qu’elle(s)” is the contraction of que + elle(s)
E.g.: je crois qu’elle est en retard/ I think THAT SHE is late.
je crois qu’elles sont en retard/ I think THAT THEY are late
Il est plus grand qu’elle (m. que lui)/ He is taller THAN HER (m. THAN HIM)
To sum up, if it is followed by a noun = quelle, if it is followed by a conjugated verb or it’sa comparison = qu’elle
