Our client, Customer Care Contact Center, is launching a brand new european project and will be looking for:
BILINGUAL SUPERVISOR (M/W)
ENGLISH / GERMAN / SPANISH / ITALIAN / SWEDISH / DANISH / FINNISH / NORWEGIAN
As an integral part of the International Client Service management, your role will include:
- Managing and driving the British clientele advisory team
- Driving the teams’ operational activity and managing projects in order to fulfil qualitative and quantitative targets
- Managing the planning and organization of routine tasks so as to actively and collectively contribute to efficiency and quality of customer service
- Improving communication with the human resources management
- Providing daily reports on the progression of projects under your supervision
- Ensuring the supervision of projects
- Training advisors placed under your supervision on a daily basis
Native English speakers or perfectly bilingual people.
You hold a higher-education diploma (post A-levels) and have a minimum two years’ experience within a call centre environment.
You are organised, flexible, punctual and have good inter-personal skills. Your drive, initiative, prioritisation and team spirit are what will be the keys to your success in this position.
Permanent contract / Full time position
Compensation: 28K brut per year
Advantages: 7 RTT per year / Health insurance / compensation for lunch
