    I´m beggining to practise yoga with my pupils in english and I´ve some questions about how can I say some instructions, are they correct?: 1. Bend your knees.  2. sit down on your heels  3. strenght your legs  4. strenght your arms (we say in spanish "poner los brazos en cruz") 5. twist your hips and look at your back
