GIVE ANSWERS - English

Hii. I'm working at my school project about phraseologisms and idioms.. So, the main question of my project is “How often do native English speakers use phraseological units in everyday speech?” I need to make a survey and use its results in a project... So here are the questions. How often do you use phraseological units and which are the most popular/frequently used ones? (if any). Any answers will help, thanks in advance.
