AussieInBgLast month ”urbandictionary” is not a very good source for colloquial expressions for English learners. Unless your English language level is getting well into C1 or above, it’s probably a good idea to avoid the slang posted there - particularly expressions which won’t be around in about 5 years time.
Most of the people submitting entries don’t give particularly good examples illustrating how the words are used. This can sometimes make it confusing even for native speakers, let alone 2nd language learners of English.
A further problem is there’s no differentiation between different dialects of English. For example, something which might be current in British or Australian English might get you a blank stare if said to someone from the US. Even something from the south of the US would ioften give a listener in the north a dose of confusion.
