The structure is actually ”have + object + infinitive without 'to'” This structure is utilised quite commonly in English spoken in the southern parts of the US. Also it’s often used in Black American English.

Don’t use it unless you wish to speak these dialects of English. It’s very rarely applied in British English by the way.

There are however ”verb + object + infinitive without 'to'” structures which are commonly used in standard British or American English.

For example:

"to make sb do sth", e.g. The teacher made the student study for his exam.
"to let sb do sth", e.g. I let my students leave early after they had finished their exams.
"to help sb do sth", e.g. I'll help you understand your mistake.

In the case of "help", we use the "infinite without 'to'" when we want to put emphasis on the action of help.
