Could you please say which one is correct, ”To have a moment to yourself” or ”to have a moment for yourself”? If both are correct , what’s the difference between them ?

Both make sense, but most people say ”A moment to myself”

They’re both right. They’re not really different either. ”to have a moment FOR yourself” might mean to have a moment to do something nice for yourself, but it doesn’t really have to. ”a moment TO yourself” is just a moment alone.
