One thing that I noticed about the sentence is that I don’t really know what you wanted to say or why you were saying it.

It’s clear that you are writing a report or an advertisement of some sort, that’s not what I mean.

What are the facilites that these hotels have? Bathrooms? Workout rooms and conference rooms? Electricity, AC, and heating? Just beds?

I understand that the sentence is probably part of a larger paragraph, but it still doesn’t sound quite right. I think that’s why the above responder said ”with all the facilites you would expect.”

Their correction is probably the best change that could be made without more information, but I don’t think an English speaker would write it that way if they were starting from scratch (writing their own sentence).

They would say something along the lines of ”Unlike hotels serving the locals, these hotels have indoor plumbing.” (If by ”facilities” you meant running water.)

I guess it’s hard to correct that sentence without knowing more.

As it is, it implies that the normal hotels in Ha Long are not up to Asian or European standards, but the hotels you are discussing are.

Basics, it sounds like information that doesn’t have a point and should be left out or drastically rephrased.

Comments with no meaning are common in advertisements.
If this is an ad, there is definitely a tendency in advertising to make vague misleading claims. If that’s the intent, misleading people (obfuscation) in English tends to require a very high level of skill in English. After all, it requires using English in a way that is technically accurate but consistantly misleading to people who have analyzed and played with the language their entire lives.
