Do you have to understand the meaning of each words when you watch tv or listen to music?

No, not of them. I want to understand them very much but it's too hard for me because my listening skill is not good.

Well it would be helpful to would it not? but if your trying to learn english for example ... well we americans make up words all the time.. so in that case no you dont have to know every meaning
