Netflix or others streaming platforms are a good option. On Netflix for example, you can choose the language spoken and the language of the subtitles.

    Netflix definitely has the option of English subtitles. Simply choose the show you want to watch, then click on the chat box at the right hand side of the screen. It should give you a choice of subtitles.
