for you to speak english better you must build differents dialogues and practicing with another friend or friends later change the character of the dialogues with the differents ways of the everyday life,that is to say to involve in differents situations with differents dialogues in order to enrich your vocabulary

If you have access to a native English speaker w/ whom you can converse on a regular basis IN PERSON, well, that would likely yield the nest results. Speaking to folks by telephone is fraught with "midheard" words. If you do not have access to a "live & in person" English speaker, next best thig would be video telecommunication ala SKYPE, VIBER, etc., since you would @ least be able to observe the speaker's "mouth movement", facial expressions, and assorted other physical gestures/gesticulations which could result in a higher level of auditory comprehension.
