Pajal7September 2018 These terms typically apply to the stock market, but sometimes are applied to real estate or employment field. A bullish or bull market is one in which prices are trending up, and investor attitudes are positive. It would indicate rising employment if applied to the job market. A bearish or bear market would be the opposite, a market in which prices are falling, investor attitudes trend towards pessimism, and employment is falling.
