Their/One's : which one to use?

do we say :

The last time the user logged in to their account

OR

The last time the user logged in to one's account

OR

The last time the user logged in to his account


We do not know is the user is a boy or a girl..

In this context, I would use THEIR.

Also, you can use INTO instead of in to.

"The last time the user logged into their account."
