I have a doubt about a sentence in a fill the gap exercise. The sentence is :"2. His work has been for a newspaper at …………he is an artist writer . Shoud I put " which" or " where" ? thanks.

at which.. if the "at" was missing you could choose between "at which" or "where"... at which is more formal and possibly more correct, but in speech it would be more common to say "where".

Either "...a newspaper, where he is an ..." or "...a newspaper at which he is an...". at is a preposition and requires either a noun or a pronoun to stand by.
