Are there any grammar or punctuation mistakes in my text?

Monsters look just like the normal people that is what allows them to commit evil deeds. That is why an offender profiling, which is an investigative tool used to identify likely suspects and analyze patterns that may predict future offences and victims, is an extremely important part of the crime solving.

If there were no criminals, the world would be a better place. Nevertheless, one of the most important issues is that they are among us, which makes it difficult for police to prevent infringements faster. The behavioural analysis provides behavioural based investigative of the criminal and compilation of the psychological portrait: habits, appearance, character, social connections, life, and childhood background. In addition, victimology, which is victims profiling, is also very important.

One of the most notorious serial killers of the 20th century Ted Bundy confessed to 30 homicides. Nevertheless, the true victim count remains unknown and could be much higher. His case was one of the first, where profiling method had been used.  When he was in prison, investigators asked him to consult them with "Green River killer". Bundy gave them an excellent portrait, however, they did not listen to him, and Gary Ridgway remained at large for a further 17 years.

The offender is playing the game and there is nothing more important for him than this game. If we want to stop him, we should play this game with the same seriousness. There are three main questions in the analysis of behaviour: what? why and who? What happened? This includes everything that criminal could have been interested in. All aspects of these issues lead an investigation to the most important question: Who could have committed the crime?  The profilers’ mission is to find that out.

First sentence "monsters just look like normal people, that is...", third paragraph I'd put commas around "...century, Ted Bundy, ..."; in the same paragraph I'd change the third sentence to "His case was one of the first in which profiling methods had been used." and in the last paragraph you're not consistent with capitalisation in your questions of "What? Why and who? What happened", other than that your text looks good to me!
