I have item in pick up and don't know how ask.

Hello 
I bought somethings by internet and I have needed pick up then, but when I was in the store I haven´t had the words, I haven´t knew how ask.

I thought after day in some phrases:

"-Hello, I recived this email where say me that my package have arrived here"

or

"-Hello, could you help me?, this item lack me and is here."

How will be correct ask them in the store? I hope you understender me, thank you!!
