1_main verb
2_Auxiliary verb
in the first your sentence (do you have..)have is a main verb and it shows and means for posses a thing for example DO YOU HAVE FREE TIME?
but in your second sentence have is a Auxiliary verb and it depend on the situation
for example:HAVE YOU EVER SEEN USA?
