Why do I need Learning English?

Hello every body.

The main question is " Why I need learning English?".

But, there are some other questions such as:

Is my home country enough good for living, specialy for my daughter who is 5 now?

If not, where is good?

What do I need to immigrate there?

Am I enough young to achieve all requirement skills?

How long does it take?

Have I enough time for that before my daugther will go to school?

So, I want to immigrat to Canada and I need at least IELTS 7.

I beg all of able people here to help me in this way.

Please send me your idea and also correct my writing above and discribe me my mistakes.
