Really need help translating Vietnamese letter

I need someone to translate the letter into english please. I would use google translate but the handwriting is a little sloppy.

Long story short, a Vietnamese cleaner doesn't speak any english at work and is a little upset about something. She gave me this letter (because apparently I look like vietnamese) and I told her that I'll try to find someone who can translate...
