    • When I finish the prayer, I learn English grammar form computer files that my friend gave it to me.
    • It is very useful materials.
    • After that, I watch new episode "Once Upon a Time" to improve my listening skill.
    • Because I watch every episode twice, I spend at least two hours to finish.
    • In the middle of that, I may feel sleepy.
    • To be active, I love to drink black coffee or tea.
    • I have another way to beat feeling sleepy by practicing sport.
    • Any kind of sport is appropriate like running in my room or makes push-ups.
