It is with great anticipation that I present my application to you.

As it is noted above, in addition to degrees in English Language Teaching, I also have 7 years of hands-on classroom experience.

I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of students including those afflicted with learning disabilities, ADHD, mild-autism.

Every day I taught classes of pupils who were success-motivated, only to have another lesson with students who presented behavioral challenges and needed someone to talk to or help with their problems outside school.

I assessed my work and adjusted methods and techniques to make my teaching as effective as possible.

Over the years, I learned to plan implementation of the curriculum and predict problems that may occur.

I aim at making learning an interesting and involving process.

My interest in IT allows me to involve pupils in audiovisual projects.

I use software capabilities to design and adjust teaching materials to students' needs.

I consider my teaching style to be based upon an empathy with my students' intentions.

Whilst I attempt to bond with every one of them by showing attention and offering a smile, I believe that non verbal communications and a feel for the right pace have always secured dedication from a fair proportion of them.

I also believe that people are capable of doing things which seem beyond their reach and should never be discouraged with initial failures.

While motivating students, I try to give examples from my own life and lives of people I know.

When I was a child I wanted to learn to play the guitar.

There was a keyboard at our house, so I decided to try to learn the piano first.

I was not very good at it and gave up my dream for another 15 years.

Then, I bought a guitar at the age of 25.

I experienced the same problems as with the piano.
