  • Autumn Has Come

  • Autumn has come all at once.
    • The morning was summer yet - clear and warm , but the next moment it was already an autumn day.
    • Autumn was brought by the wind and cumulus clouds and then the leaves flew.
    • The summer gave us a beautiful sunrise, which I met swimming in the still warm sea.
    • The sun pushed its rays through the looming clouds and illuminate all with a special light.
    • It was very beautiful, as if the last flash of the dying summer.
  • Some moments later the clouds have multiplied, the wind picked up and autumn has replaced summer.
  • I felt it with all my being.
    • Now it’s still warm day but the autumn one.
    • It’s far not the gold autumn, although the path in my garden has already strewn with small yellow apples...
  • I adore such autumn days when leaves are already colored, and weather gives you a flash of warmth with deep blue sky - such days are gorgeous!
  • Usually you can catch them in October, sometimes in the first part of November.
    • Last year, exactly in such day I came across to a quote, which describes it with delightful precision and makes me to wait for those days.
    • It’s from ”Outlander” by Diana Gabaldon: ”It was a beautiful, bright autumn day, with air like cider and a sky so blue you could drown in it.” It seems I have resigned myself to late sunrises and early sunsets, to cool nights, to warmer clothes, I’m even waiting for those beautiful October days, but I’m completely not ready that one morning the last leave will come off and a first snowflake will fall instead...
    • I wish you could value enough ”today” and enjoy this pleasant time we have before the dead season.
