LETTER OF COMPLAINT
- Dear Sir/ Madam, I have just returned from a trip to Florida so I decided to choose your airline.
- I’m writing because I am not really satisfied with the quality as well as the service in my fight.
- What was a terrible for me to fly.
- Firstly, the flight was late boarding from 6:00 to 12:00 pm.
- Secondary, I was disappointed with the service’s staff.
- For example, they didn’t respond when I said hello.
- Furthermore, the food on the flight has not vegetarian option for me while your airline advertised that your airline offer a good choice of food, no problem with special diet.
- About entertainment, your airline have just movies already on TV.
- Finally, I demand that you refund my money immediately.
- Or I feel that at very least you owe me an apology.
- I wait an answer from you.
