Asking for price deduction

• As you know, our business journey began several years ago, and our orders grew year by year, but unfortunately the quality problem in the products that occurred in 2020 made a big obstacle standing in our way that took us back, nevertheless we are still trying to overcome this problem, and return on everything back to normal status and striving for more.

• In addition, we have difficulty convincing the health authority to allow us to import the rejected items and to sell them in all cities at the same previous prices because when the item dossiers were submitted for registration, the previous prices were presented and approved and officially announced.

• Therefore, our last order in 2022 sold at previous prices and no item was raised.

• And for these reasons, I hope that you will take into account the losses that we bear from rejected goods that we have not been compensated for, and for goods that were sold at a price lower than its price.

• All this is only because we seek to return our work as it was before.
