First, The roses are distilled by placing The roses in copper vessel.So we use The copper because it protect rose water well So, it can be drink and used safely.

Then we adding a large amount of water to it. and we carry out the boiling process by placing a gaz bottle to heating the first containe.

So in the first container we put water and we put roses in the second and cold water in the Last one ” we use the cold water to turn the steam into liquide water”.

And finally when the mixture of roses soaked in water begins to evaporate we present the steam to condensation and colling.

So the pure rose water cames out of this tube and cold water comes out of this faucet.

More explication, the steam rises up toward Last container and the steam passes through of these holes and get stuck in these concave shape So, when we put the cold water the steam comes outside and that is how we do the distillation process to made a pure rose water.
