  • Cover letter OO

  • Dear Employer, My name is Onfalia Orsini, I’m a 30 year old Licensed Business Administrator, with a entrepreneurship dedicated to elaborating the most Delicious desserts, cakes and pastries in my home country Venezuela.
  • My love for baking came about me when I was in college back in 2010, I came across baking blogs in English and started trying new recipes.
  • I studied how each ingredient reacted by its self and when they where combined, tweaked and perfected recipes to my liking and the liking of people around me.
  • When I saw the positive responses to the products I was elaborating I instantly consider the opportunity of making it a income source, that quite frankly felt like play time because I enjoy the creative process behind delivering sweets.
  • Even though I started as self taught, I new it I wanted to get better I had to invest in education, an so I did, thought the years I’ve invested on courses to learn and master new skills and learn about new trends.
  • Investing in education is always a win.
  • I hope my resume finds it’s way to an employer(hopefully you!) who is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, detail oriented , hard working persona, who gives a 110% of her effort all the time.
  • I understand that me not being a permanent resident or holding a work permit in this moment might me a let down, but I hope it doesn’t work against me since there’s a way to turn this situation around, by solicitating a LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment), it’s the prior step to holding a work permit for a foreigner, fingers crossed you could check up on this resource.
  • I hope to hear from you soon, have a blessed day !
  • Sincerely, Onfalia.
