      Response: No, not unless the population of your country is comprised of people of different ethnic derivation / backgrounds. This is what the question (i English) seeks to determine, not that your country "respects" a variety (maybe all?) ethnic groups in the world. Good examples of countries w/ high levels of ethnically diverse populations include USA, UK, France, and Russian Federation. Examples of countries which have very low level of ethnic diversity among their inhabitants include Latvia, Estonia, Haiti, Cuba, and Albania.
