According to some global reports in 2005 .half o world population about 3 billion people live on less than 3$ a day and that's annoying to hear .actually this poverty problem is not caused by the lack capabilities of some country but usually by the ruling class in a country .i believe that there is no real poor country on earth .all countries have been given what enable them to survive but in different forms and resources .for example my country "EGYPT" doesn't have the advantage of rainfalls "the maximum yearly rate is only about 400 mm on northern part of it" while it has been given a huge river "Nile" instead of .that deep issue has been created by corrupters of every country and the solution is to replace those with qualified and responsible ones in order to take advantage of the available resources and direct them into the right way .
