A Dead Weight

• I like to trying out different activities.

• Firstly, it’s interesting.

• Secondly, only by trying new things can you find the things you like doing.

• I regularly cycle, ride horses, time to time play tennis, skiing, skating, roller skating and lots that I’ve tried and what I’d like to try.

• But roller skating is what I’d like to tell about now.

• It’s very similar to skating, starting with the technique, ending that ice skates like roller skates most of the time lie idle.

• Although I’ve already got one such dead weight in the face of skates, but not so far my friend and I bought another one - roller skates.

• We bought them second hand, so they paid themselves off after the first ride.

• In these three months we only skated twice.

• After the first time, we understood that new wheels for my friend’s roller skates are needed, after the second time a size switch was broken on mine.

• My friend is even joking that we repair them more then we ride.

• But when you have your own, you are free to choose the time and place, it’s a bit cheaper, though you are risking turning your house into a sports equipment warehouse.

• It is a matter of choice, which, however, I have not yet made.
