- And also you should rearrange you sleep pattern: go to bed and wake-up at one time and don’t take a long nap during the day.
- It would help you to be more active during the day and teach you how to organize your time.
- Last but not least, you should reduce your time with social media, don’t waste it on such useless thing.
- It would be better to learn something new and interesting.
- Maybe find a new hobby or just start to read a book that you always want to read… Try to be more curious about world around you!
