• The aim of this proposal is to suggest what activities might be added to the centre’s portfolio and how we should promote them.

• Having looked at customer feedback recovered in recent months, a clear picture emerges.

• It is clear that our customers appreciate our superb facilities and they really are interested in taking care of their health.

• I would suggest that we offer high-quality, inclusive and affordable sports, whether it is a swim in the pool, a game of squash or a run round track.

• A constant complaint has been how stressful is our life nowadays and how difficult to recover from it.

• Customers would be prepared to pay if we offer sauna, steam rooms and many therapies.

• There have been many requests for support to find peace and tranquillity and there is no cafe where customers can meet their friends.

• The facility could be offering simple techniques to develop balance in their lives, expand their horizons and continuing on a journey of self-discovery during our simmer festival devoted to all aspects of modern Buddhism or chilling out in our World Peace Café and enjoying our delicious vegetarian food.

• In the centre is to develop, it is vital that we made advertising of all these news activities in order to promote our centre and improve the satisfaction of all our customers.
