  • Plaza vea

    • The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the Organizational Climate and the Personnel Turnover of the Plaza Vea de Guardia Civil company located in the district of Chorrillos, 2021.
    • The population was made up of 80 collaborators of which we took a sample of 60 collaborators.
    • To obtain the data we used the Likert-type questionnaire as an instrument, through the survey technique made up of 40 questions, the data was processed through the SPSS program, which helped us to determine what are the causes that are determining the high rate of rotation.
    • The type of this research is non-experimental with the correlational descriptive design.
