  • Something about me

  • Hello everyone.
    • Today I’d like to make a ”storytelling” and tell you little bit about me.
  • My name is Sophia.
    • 5 years ago I moved to Italy because of personal reason: my life had completely changed when I met my future Italian husband.
    • We passed 1,5 years between two countries - Georgia and Italy.
  • Then we decided to reunify and consequently I moved to Italy permanently.
  • I assure you that it wasn’t easy.
    • Although I was speaking Italian very well and was having a huge knowledge of its culture, at the moment of my relocation I had had a huge problems related Italian burocracy and therefore, everyday life.
  • The most important problem was finding a job.
    • Economic crisis of the 21 century was heated Italy in the very hard way - that’s why there isn’t possible to find a job when you’re ”over 40”.
    • Before my relocation I had been working as a financial manager of the transportation and logistic company for 10 years.
    • So, I tried to respond to relative job applications, but without any result.
    • Finally, I found a job as a front desk manager in one of the bшggest betting company and still now I work there.
    • Unfortunately, I realize that it isn’t position which suits my experience, my knowledge, my background, but in this period of Coronavirus pandemic there isn’t some other possibility to find something else.
  • In the rest, I consider myself to be fortunate because I have a marvelous person next to me and my life looks like a fairy tale - full of love and harmony.
