In recent years, no one doubts that the educational system and learning resources have enhanced more than ever.

Although with the advanced level that we have approached in the educational process, we can’t deny the essential role of teachers under the development of education.

In spite of that, Some people believe that it is good for students to have the same teacher for several years, others think students benefit more from having new teachers each year. in this essay, each point of view of both sides will be demonstrated.

To begin with, there are many arguments about preferring a permanent teacher to handle the students for a long period of time for some reasons.

First, Having the same teacher would push the students to cooperate with their teacher, and support the education process by sharing their thoughts and ideas with him or her.

Besides, it would be more convenient and easier for the teacher to treat the same students during every semester, so they would and react with him enthusiastically in the class, and improve their relationship more effectively.

On the other hand, some people claim that having different teachers every year would be more effective for students.

They think that as the students meet a new variety of teachers every year; it would help them to get used in treating various types of people and enhance their communication skills in their daily life.

Moreover, they say that having a different teacher would cultivate new methods of learning and studying, and receive plenty of information from different teachers.

In my opinion, I see that teachers are part and parcel of the education system in our life.

And it does not also make any difference whether students have the same or different teachers because they always try their best to help the students and fulfill their role perfectly towards them.
