• Dear Customer Care Hiring Team, as a student of logistics management with an international background and a customer service experience I am highly interested in the Customer Care Internship position.

• Before I started my study in the logistics field I had a chance to work in a travel industry while I was on the way to get my first university degree in tourism management.

• I did my best to provide an excellent service and took a lot of responsibility.

• As a travel agent and a front desk agent I had to be attentive to the details, take quick decisions and be assured that my customers will experience only positive emotions.

• I am always willing to learn and not afraid of the new challenges, so soon after my graduation I decided to obtain another academic degree in Germany.

• I find global supply chains fascinating and want to be a part of this dynamic and innovative world, being able to interact with different departments, improve processes and make a difference to the planet while keeping a customer satisfied.

• On top of that, I am a confident MS Office user and by the end of the current semester will be familiar with the SAP Software.
