- I lived differents experiencies in quality issues with customers.
- One with the customer XXX wich is a big petrochemical company.
- We had a claim about leaks on five valves on the main oven of the plant.
- It was a critical issue because the refinery could be stopped.
- It could cost millions euros of production loss.
- We have to explain at the customer with every proofs that we did the job well, we respected standard practices to repare and mount valves.
- Two other causes were picked: the dimensions of the seal supply by a supplier and the restart of the production in water and pressure wouldn’t do at the right time.
- Containement action was to block definitively valves and replace it with by bypassing.
- So, the enquiries went over, did’nt go further because it was impossible to look in the valves because the production couldn’t be stopped.
- The other one was a claim about a leak on a massive seven tons valve installed on an aeronautic test blower in customer site.
- I led an analyse Hishikawa to find root causes of the issue.
- As well, I manage to Lean management projects about implementing 5S, kaizen and Value Stream Mapping I had severals experiencies in certification ISO.
- I led four projects for certifications ISO, 5 to obtain MASE and severals certifications Marc Center and ATEX.
- Finally, I was in charge in both companies of implementing, setting up, and manage metrology equipments systems.
