    • I was appalled by his words.
    • I expect to receive a formal apology from the directos.
    • I strongly recommend to give my money back and receive an assurance that I’ll get some advantages next time when I visit your hotel.
    • I trust that it will happen soon because it is the only way to restore my confidence in the hotel.
