A complaint
- I’d like to make a complaint about that what I payed for and what I found at your hotel.
- I’d been told that the giant swimming pool of the hotel was ready and available.
- When I had checked in and pointed this out, the clerk told my that it needed already two weeks.
- I told him that the touristic agency had said me something different and he told me I hadn’t any chance.
- I was appalled by his words.
- I expect to receive a formal apology from the directos.
- I strongly recommend to give my money back and receive an assurance that I’ll get some advantages next time when I visit your hotel.
- I trust that it will happen soon because it is the only way to restore my confidence in the hotel.
