Text from Panassum - English

    • To be willing to change life

    • Complaining about restrictions stifle our resources and burn our energy for nothing.
    • Without doubt there are always plenty of exterior restrictions, but mostly we are not able do change them.
    • However, there are lots of interior restrictions as well.
  • And these are changeable.
    • It’s not easy to do so, but it’s possible.
    • First step is to accept exterior restrictions.
    • Actually it’s more than accepting.
    • It’s more like appreciating that frame conditions are such challenging.
    • Secondly we need a look at our interior restrictions which are often founded in former experiences.
    • And above all we need courage and the will to change.
    • And of course a long breath.
    • ”long breath” is a typical german expression, I think.
    • It means something like power of endurance.
